Personal Training For Kids
I'm still a big kid at heart which is probably why I have a lot of fun training them. I work with all ages and physical ability. I'm able to motivate while keeping the exercises fun and safe. You can expect me to incorporate:
Weight training using the child's own body weight
Agility and balance exercises
Speed and strength training
If requested: sports-specific exercises to improve athletic ability
Floor exercises using the agility ladder
Running with parachutes: training for explosive speed and strength
