Personal Training For Kids

I'm still a big kid at heart which is probably why I have a lot of fun training them. I work with all ages and physical ability. I'm able to motivate while keeping the exercises fun and safe. You can expect me to incorporate:

  • Weight training using the child's own body weight
  • Agility and balance exercises
  • Speed and strength training
  • If requested:  sports-specific exercises to improve athletic ability
